I have been working as a Teacher within the Early Years, where I have developed my skills and have followed my passion in early education. I have now moved into Key-stage One where I am continuously developing my understanding through reflection and have developed my skills to suit a different key stage. My ultimate passion is to ensure each child and every child is provided with the education they are entitled to. I am currently working in a challenging school within the inner city of Birmingham as a class teacher where there is a large percentage of children with SEND and EAL.
