I acted as the hub in product development and was responsible for the overall goal of the team and the product - to increase the number of housing seekers on Booli. The product work that I led was both strategic, tactical and operational, and involvement was something that was central to succeeding in the role. In order to produce good and clear visions, roadmaps and priorities for the product, I therefore collaborated closely with market, business and other important stakeholders. In addition to product work, I was responsible for leading a cross-functional team with many different competencies and roles within product, market and sales. I also had personnel responsibility for the team's designers and developers and coached them in their roles. My role also included being part of Booli's management team and helping with reporting to the board.Booli has grown a lot in the time I have been there and has gone from being an underdog in relation to Hemnet to becoming a real competitor with around a million visitors every week. During the journey, I have been involved in driving change towards the user getting greater focus in product development, not just the technology and the business. In the role of APO, I developed a vision and roadmap that was in line with Swedbank's overall strategy and the department to which the team belonged. The department's goal was to optimize customer experience and business opportunities in the bank's digital channels. My focus was primarily Swedbank's new mobile bank. The goal of the new app was to create an improved customer experience and a new technology platform.
