I was a trainee in OP Financial Group’s Kiitorata program in the personal insurance product team.

My key responsibilities were planning, monitoring and managing operational resources for one department and two development programmes. My primarly tasks were reporting and analysing, as well as providing guidance to the department and development programmes from the perspective of funding. Whenever necessary, I was able to plan and modify projects from a financial standpoint. SAP and Excel-based programmes were directly related to this.

My key responsibilities were planning, monitoring and managing operational resources. My traineeship provided me with a great deal of responsibility and allowed me to learn more about government funding and public procurement.
