• Maintain current knowledge on new releases and the book industry• Enthusiastically engage with customers and assist them withchoosing, locating and purchasing of various merchandise• Leverage campaigns such as Monthly Picks, to hand sell and engagein conversation with every customer

• Communicate with clients and sales representatives on project objectives• Design artwork and logos for various promotional products• Create flyers, postcards and web banners for company advertising• Assign projects to other designers• Prepare art files for final print production
