Sofia Larson is a UX Researcher II at BLUE ORIGIN at BLUE ORIGIN. She is proficient in Japanese. Colleagues describe her as "Sofia is a true gem. When she supported our website revamp, her technical acumen was only matched by her social prowess and ability to engage others in pursuit of our mutual goal. She is never the loudest person, but easily among the most organized and competent. Also, I admire her proactive nature - she is happy to work by trial and error and 'fail fast' to get to a better product. In that spirit, she also takes feedback well and incorporates it back into her daily output without complaint. She is also among one of the hardest working interns I have ever worked with.
