As an authorized European Patent Attorney and Authorized Patent Attorney (SE) I work primarily within the field of medical devices and systems, which includes mechanics, electronics, biomaterials and chemistry. Other areas include the forestry industry, manufacturing industry and biotechnology. I perform novelty searches, freedom-to-operate reports, as well as drafting and prosecution of patent applications. I also advise in invention evaluation and patent strategies, and assist in legal processes involving patents. I work in close collaboration with the client to manage and optimize their IP rights. In 2019 I was named as one of the top patent professionals globally in IAM Magazine's Patent 1000 rankings.I am also Team Manager for Life Science and Medtech and a member of the management team for the Sweden North and East region in Zacco.
