As a production manager I have the overall responsibility for the company's production organization and production processes. In my role, I lead an organization of approx. 50 people where I actively work on streamlining and improvement work. I also lead strategic work with process development and increased automation.

As a quality and evironmental manager I had the overall responsible over the quality and environment to our OEM customers. I was responsible for implementing, leading and developing the work with quality and environmental issues within the company (we was IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certified. I coordinated the audit work, performed both internal audits and external audits and was the contact person for the company towards the certification body´s auditors. I was also responsible for implementing a new management system, CANEA ONE, within the company.My organization consisted of one quality technician and one measurement technician.

As a production supervisor I was responsible for around 50 employees who works in production with manual and robot welding, laser cutting, pressbending, pressing and logistics. I had four teamleaders in the different departments that was my direct contact to production. Our main customers were in the OEM business.

Responsible of external supplier quality.My overall task is to manage and quality assure supplier-related quality issues in the factory. I am responsible of ensuring that the internal quality requirements in relation to the suppliers is achieved through development actions.

As a production engineer, I worked as the link between the customers and the production. I was responsible over the quality and processes for specific customers. In this role included, among other improvement work, project management and preparation work. In addition to my role as a production engineer I was responsible over the 5S for the entire production and internal auditor of our quality and environmental management systems..
