Responsibilities include managing a full caseload consisting of approximately 55-65 patients per week.Developing POC with a focus on each individual’s goals and needs. Executing evaluations in a timely manner over a variety of diagnoses. Completing daily documentation, progress notes, and discharge planning. I’m Collaborating/coordinating with other PTs and PT technicians to maximize patient care. Performing manual therapy, including mobilization, manipulations, and myofascial techniques.
