I am a part of the Investment Board for ITTE Karlskrona. I am also responsible of keeping control of the support and licenses of our assets, all have individual due date and need to be prolonged in time. As an IPC Manager I work as an coordinatinor for solving breakdowns, problems, projects and amendments relating to the operation.I'm also a cohesive and ensures that our IT Support comply with the procedures and processes that are designed with the customer. The work also includes monitoring and monthly reporting to the customer. During my time as manager, I have developed and produced an operating transfer model used efficiently and distributed in the EDB. This operating transfer model allows the EDB as operational provider may provide a better support when the SLA takes effect.

I was responsible for the operation of one of Telenor's internal administration system. I was the link between development unit and the user station. I was responsible for daily operations, troubleshooting, problem jobs, development jobs, contact between the supplier and user.This internal system had 800 users during this time.The system was in 2001, Telenor's most insecure operating system with much downtime and poor documentation. This trend was reversed and the system became a model of system administration and documentation and change management. I took out the template for the document "Troubleshooting Guide," this was used effectively and reduced downtime for systems malfunctions
