Accountable for the brand management of Commercial Vehicle Oils in Europe, I lead thecommunications workstream of the new brands launch working with a cross functional team to deliver the marketing toolkit for B2B and B2B2C customers. Accountable for the brand and product management of Specialities in Europe, I took the lead in shaping the new Product.

Accountable for the commercial vehicle engine oil brands, products and offers for the Europe & Africa region, leading the launches of new brands as well as of individual products for this sector. I lead the launch of the premium global powerbrand for commercial vehicles, where I had to influence a cross functional team to design the right product range.

Accountable for the commercial vehicle lubricant offers, including capabilities tools, for the Europe & Africa region, making sure that Sales and Marketing teams across the region were engaged and aligned on the roadmap. Designed and developed those offer elements that met critical customer needs, such as the modular training for Truck Fleets where I.

Accountable for the design, development and roll out of the Heavy Duty Offer for Distributors, Truck Fleets and Independent Truck Workshops across Europe & Africa, through cooperation with Global Marketing and country Marketing & Sales teams across the region.

Accountable for setting the correct pricing of lubricants and services in country and for the assessment and implementation of price list increases ensuring alignment with European Pricing Corridors. Responsible for setting the key principles for the Route to Market in Greece and for the close monitoring of tactical pricing alerting sales for any.

Accountable for the Heavy Duty Marketing team in Greece leading a team of 3 people. Part of the Greek Management Team as the Country Marketing Integrator of the country. Accountable for the development and implementation of the Heavy Duty marketing plan, the management of the product portfolio and the roll out of marketing activities in country for that.

Working together with Distributors to create short business plans and identify opportunities for growth in their geography. Supporting the Heavy Duty Direct team in marketing activities and product & service offers to existing customers and prospects. Responsible for the annual price list increase of the lubricants business in Greece.

Accountable for the Quality Control Assurance of the lubricants blending plant leading a team of five lab technicians and making sure all products marketed by BP in Greece were compliant. Accountable for the ISO 14001 accreditation and the ISO 9001 recertification of the lubricant plant. Part of the European team which developed the Quality Assurance Guide.
