Working at Starbucks as a barista has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me. Crafting delicious coffee beverages and connecting with customers has allowed me to hone my passion for coffee and customer service. What sets my role apart is my opportunity to train other baristas. Guiding them through the intricacies of coffee-making, from perfecting espresso shots to creating intricate latte art, has been both fulfilling and educational. Teaching teamwork, attention to detail, and the art of creating memorable coffee experiences has been a highlight of my journey.
