Starting my career as an analytical simulation engineer initially felt like a good match, given my MSc in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. But quite soon I became increasingly interested in the organization of my own team and in our routines to work towards our clients' needs. After I was entrusted to lead an agile transformation of the team's work methodology, I was offered the role of project leader and eventually also business developer - something that turned out to suit me very well and set the direction for my future career. Today I am the proud manager of a team that works with the installation and modernization of elevators in the Sundsvall-Östersund-Åre region.To me, leadership is about being a role model for others. To lead by example, show the way and communicate where we are going. But also to support employees when they are faced with difficult situations and to act courageously when necessary. My leadership was recognized when in 2018 I was named one of the top 10 candidates in the national Female Leader Engineer award.I tend to thrive in organizations where I get to know a network of extraordinary people and be part of a culture that aligns with my own values. With dedication and care, I am always eager to bring out the best of everyone in a team. My goal is to contribute with both heart and brain to a technological development that simplifies people's everyday lives.
