 Mainly responsible for the recruitment of the automotive industry, most of the candidates come from the OEM, parts, Internet companies and fast-moving industries.-Collect recruiting requirements from customers and client managers. Dig deeper about the company culture, organization chart etc.-Make analysis of the job according to the customer requirements. Identify the target company.-Search the target candidates by different channels, including Liepin, Linkedin etc. -Screen the resumes and conduct interview, assessment and recommendation.-Coordinate the interview. Handle the issues during the interview.-Negotiate with candidate about offer proposal. Conduct background survey according to the customer requirements.-Tracking candidates status regularly. Keep a good connection with candidates and provide professional suggestion about their career development.-Pay attention to the automotive industry information closely.
