I've been working at WorkWithPlus since 2013 where I had the privilege of working in various roles gaining valuable experience and insights that have led me to my current position as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). As the CCO, my goal is to create lasting connections that empower our community and contribute to their success.As a Computer Engineer, I have the skills to analyze, research, develop, and manage diverse systems. Building upon this foundation, I also hold a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Universidad de la República-PEDECIBA, where I focused on researching Data Quality in Big Data, specifically developing a framework for Data Profiling assessment on Property Graphs.I've enhanced my intercultural and global leadership skills through MIT's Cultural Awareness for Global Business course. I am currently expanding my expertise by taking ESADE's Strategic Sales Management program, where I am learning advanced strategies for designing competitive sales approaches and adapting to the evolving landscape of remote commercial operations.I am an ambassador for Women Techmakers, a Google program composed of leaders from around the world with the clear goal of empowering women in STEAM and reducing the gender gap in technology.As an #AvGeek, I have a deep love for planes and aviation.
