· In coordination with AIA Units & Departments, responsible for the preparation of AIA’s Annual & Sustainability Report (ASR) / Annual Integrated Report, in line with applicable standards (ESRS/ Taxonomy/ GRI) and for responding to ESG information requests from external stakeholders. · Supervise the materiality process and assure full compliance with the ESRS by working with all relevant departments.· Reviews data collection, management, verification and tracking for AIA KPIs.· Coordinate the ESG assurance process by working closely with the external ESG auditors and all internal functions to ensure a) no critical or major gaps, and b) all recommendations and improvement opportunities are captured and implemented.· Supervises and monitors the implementation of reporting frameworks, to ensure that AIA reports and discloses information consistent with industry best practice.· Contribute to development of the internal policies, guidelines and processes for sustainability reporting in close collaboration with other departments and provide recommendations for improvement.· Manage multiple and complex internal and external ESG information request ensuring quality of deliverables in line with company standards and positions and ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.· Provide guidance, collaborate and share knowledge in different ESG areas with the Business Units and Departments to ensure ESG priorities are achieved.· Responsible for the preparation of sustainability-related sections in other corporate reports/publications.

Responsible for financial planning, budget preparation & monitoring, expense & revenue control and performance. Provision of monthly and quarterly updates & reports to the IT&T Management and the Corporate Finance. Reporting and benchmarking of ITT KPIs. Mapping and continuously updating the ITT contractual landscape of ITT service / maintenance contracts for the proper monitoring & planning of IT&T service agreements. Acts as the IT&T liaison for all Procurement related IT&T issues whilst controlling compliance with the Corporate Controls directives and alignment with corporate targets and policies. In liaison with ITT PMO monitors the annual CapEx requirements. Ensures adequate justification, associated OpEx and resulting benefit and monitors the revenant expenditure throughout project’s completion.
