How did I get into marketing? There was a huge void in the DTC industry back in 2020 - most brands lacked personalization when it came to the experience they are providing for their customers.Brands just focusing on acquiring customers while completely ignoring retention/building communites/relationships etc which made them lose millions. That made me want to study the industry way deeper, and gain expertise in retention marketing.Fast-forward a couple of years and I now help DTC brands scale via SMS & TikTok by leveraging our fully trained TikTok creators.
