Responsible for Project Management and Team Management.In July 2019 - December 2021 I was responsible for managing the implementation of a new Trade Finance platform for a Portuguese banking institution. Responsible for Project Management and Team Management, was former the responsible for the Integration work stream, leading the E2E process, from requirements analysis, planning, team management, development, client team monitoring, functional & technical analysis, system integration and user acceptance testing. During January 2019 - June 2019 I have participated having major responsibility in system integration and user acceptance testing of a new custom-made corporate channels platform for a Portuguese banking institution.From February 2016 until December 2018 I worked in the Data migration in the acquisition of two Portuguese banks, being the functional responsible for the Client’s data migration.Main activities and responsibilities: team management and planning, integration and communication with other teams, business analysis (gap analysis and requirement definition), functional design, technical design, - implementation, programming in IBM COBOL, JCL, DB2/SQL, testing, installation and post production attendance.

Working in Financial Services in two different projects:Since July 2009 until March 2015 I worked in the Pricing area in a Portuguese Bank, in the implementation of a BRMS Pricing tool, involving the development of a business rule management system tool, containing all Pricing information, and the creation of a Pricing architecture, that relates with all bank applications and that supports all the commissioning management, debits, credits, and data studies.Main activities and responsibilities:team management and planning, integration and communication with other teams, business analysis (gap analysis and requirement definition), functional design, technical design, - implementation, programming in IBM COBOL, JCL, DB2/SQL, testing, installation and post production attendance.Since September 2007 until May 2009 I worked in the an Accenture international project with a multicultural team, in the Insurance Industry, in Barcelona, Spain. There, I performed several tasks such as: functional design, technical design, programming (IBM COBOL, JCL, DB2/SQL), testing, post production assistance, communication with offshore teams (Indian teams), developer’s team management, all within two smaller projects.

Main activities and responsibilities:Working in Scientific Investigation, in the area of Hydrogen Storage in metallic alloys, with published articles in several international scientific magazines, and presentation in one International Materials Science Conference.
