CurrentUnder the direct supevision of the Chief Recruitment Unit, my current functions are to process newly recruited staff members on-boarding process for MINUSTAH through the use of IT tools such as Nucleus, IMIS, HRITS and FPMS. Ensure precise offers are issued according to different types of recruitment procedures including issuance of different offers, faxes for reassignmentss, reappointments and releases from UN headquarters, commissions and agencies. Assist the Chief of Recruitment Unit on related administrative and recruitment support. Provide newly recruited staff members information on various entitlements based on the reformed human resources and rules and regulations. Process and maintain 3 months provisional reassignment faxes for staff members who are coming from a closing and/or down-sized missions. Create index numbers for newly recruited staff and queue its medical clearance in IMIS prior arrival to the mission. Schedule newly recruited staff to attend a Civilian Pre-deployment Training in Brindisi, Italy. Prepare request of designation for significant functions for identified staff members and submit them through FPD/DFS for designation approval by concerned departments and/or offices. Assist in organizing competency-based interviews and act as an ex-officio to the panel. Finalize comparative evaluation report and transmit fax along with relevant documents to DFS/FPD for final approval of the Field Central Review Body on mission's recommended candidates. Draft routine fax and various correspondence related to recruitment issues. Prepare and review comparative evaluation report, evaluation matrix, transmittal memo and compile Personal History Profile of candidates recommended. Ensure documentation is in compliant with the Field Central Review Body (FCRB) requirements. Perform other related duties as required.
