As a work environment representative I’ve been selected by the employees and my role is to represent them in planning work environment issues, for example risk assessments, planning processes and work organizations and changing premises. I also take part in reading documentation from the Swedish Work Environment Authority after an inspection in order to ensure that any errors are rectified.

To train employees within the assignment to achieve increased competence and efficiency. Through my cutting-edge competence, support employees and leaders in assignment-specific areas.The role's responsibility is to be an expert in its field and to assist its employees in the daily production as well as newly and further train employees within the assignment. As specialist I am also responsible for developing and ensuring that training materials, routines and processes are in accordance with what has been agreed between Barona and the client.

This role involves a wide variety of tasks, which requires me to be alert, positive, and helpful. I need also to be quick thinking, and work effectively.Some of the work I do;- I handle all the administration around our external courses, Plantvision Academy, and inhouse courses. This include making room reservations, print required materials, order food, making sure everything is in order, prepare educational materials etc. - Write and edit official and non-official policies and other documents. - I’m in charge of new staff in the sense of making sure they are equipped with what they need on their first day, and that the different departments have all the acquired information. - I’m involved in planning and execute our in-house events, both smaller happenings and bigger ones. It includes searching for appropriate locations, and presenting them to the board, scout for catering that can reach our standards, purchase accessories, and more. - Form and develop new guidelines.

As a site responsible, you are Fitness24Sevens faces outwards and works to ensure that all members and potential customers feel welcome and familiar with our concept. You work with service to achieve daily sales goals. You are responsible for selling membership and products related to exercise and health. Work tasks also includes inventory, ordering of goods and cash management. Operating the facility on a day-to-day basis.

Main task is to offer the world's best coffee experience to the world's best guest. The job involves making coffee, cashier and merchandise, preparing food, picking dishes and keeping the coffee shop clean and tidy. Handle and take care of deliveries.
