Resp. End User Support - Collaboration - Service Management
Current- I am responsible for End-User support and Helpdesk services, and I lead a team of three members.The key activities I undertake include:
- Actively engaging internal and external stakeholders to define the end-user service roadmap.
- Steering the digital transformation process through the assessment and implementation of new tools, both for collaboration and service management.
- Ensuring that service levels align with contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Defining and managing the IT budget within my area of responsibility.
- Managing contracts with third-party suppliers.Ultimately, my role involves ensuring effective support for end-users, driving the company's digital evolution through the adoption of new technologies, ensuring compliance.
