I am responsible for managing the activities of the Member Journey Team and for leading the retention, development and engagement of members through ensuring all members experience consistently high levels of customer service. Focus of the role is to make sure that CQI and IRCA brands work seamlessly and members' journey reach levels of excellence at each of the member journey touch points.

I am responsible for managing the day to day operations of a team of 4 people in the membership department of the Chartered Quality Institute. Major aspects include people management, workload, dealing with escalated enquires, setting as well as maintaining excellent levels of customer service across the team, ensuring CRM records are up to date ans setting efficient ways of reporting on acquisition trends and business development opportnities, producing of regular reports on recruitment and retention, recommending changes and maintaining them,managing the assessment process and dealing with external assessors, handling complaints and making sure they are resolved according to CQI policy, making recommendation on customer service policies and procedures, collaborating with the marketing and communication teams to ensure communication and materials are correct and effective and delivered according to agreed planning.

This role combines technical knowledge of IRCA criteria with an excellent level of customer care to all professionals in the field of auditing that get in contact wit our organisation. I take pride of providing outstanding, timely and valuable service to auditors from 150 countries all around the world who have different expectations and require flexible and tailored made support in their journey to becoming IRCA certificated.With an eye to details and for spotting patterns I continuously seek marketing information and feedback that we can then use to improve the service we provide to our members.
