My role, was to lead, train and develop a multi-functional team of 10, including Business Partners and 2 team members in India, with oversight of 3,000 internationally based employees. It was imperative that I confirmed all HR, and business, Centres of Excellence aligned with broader business strategy. A strategic business partner to Executive team, attended and contributed during ELT meetings, delivered expert advice to develop People agenda and drive decisions, promoted business growth and influenced ongoing business expansion.Overseeing HR operations, process and systems, I steered HR and organisational change. Originating robust governance structures and processes, I regularly undertook additional responsibilities in the absence of the Chief People Officer.Conceptualising and introducing talent mapping and succession planning, I introduced ELT to ‘9-box-grid’, to reenergise performance management strategies and systems to elevate wellbeing, engagement and succession planning.Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team, I optimised recruitment activities in line with broader workforce plan, advising on interview best practices, developing scorecards, refining onboarding processes and enhancing D&I candidate pipeline. Liaising with the Reward Manager and key stakeholders, I championed and provided oversight across compensation structure, successfully aligning performance frameworks, company values and business performance.

Embracing the Business Partnering function, I started a focused journey through growth and harmonising of company culture, throughout multi-functional teams. Leading HR strategic initiatives, such as Talent and Annual Compensation Reviews, I acted as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in organisational redesign, employee wellbeing, culture transformation, employment law and HR frameworks.Championing change management programmes, working in partnership with leadership teams, I executed strategic organisational design initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.Executing talent mapping, including succession and attrition planning, I ensured the maintenance of high-performing teams across the organisation and identified areas of skills gaps.

Evolving performance management frameworks, I optimised employee benefits, providing comprehensive policy, employee relations and employment law advice. Directing HR elements of M&A activities, I led several TUPE transfers, managing redundancy processes and educating managers on the delivery of performance improvement plans

Delivering comprehensive administrative support across the global business, I managed UK & Ireland payroll, while addressing queries relating to benefits, policies, and processes.
