Promoted from being an outside assistant towards the vaccine clinic, I work inside as a clerk to the pharmacists. My job includes revising and ensuring patients receive the correct medication, asking for consultations, making phone calls to patients to notify them their prescriptions are ready for pick up or to be mailed, and aiding the pharmacist, delivery driver, or managers as needed. Promoted from being a clerk, I took on the job as the delivery driver of the pharmacy. My job included calling and delivering prescriptions to patients that were bed bound or did not have access or time to come to the pharmacy. This position demanded time management and much more memorization as personal relationships were made with several patients as visits were frequent.
