Selected for a highly competitive Fellowship designed to up-level software engineering knowledge and skills through individualized curriculum to target growth areas, as well as personalized coaching and mentorship from industry leading software engineers.

-Serve as a BA/TPM for a 50+ engineering team enabling company-wide interface migration intended to increase platform functionality and employee workflow.-Plan and coordinate execution across multiple 4-week sprints, partnering cross functionally with ~50+ in QA, Development, and Business teams, gathering and clarifying proposals for technical requirements, ensuring team approval, and allocating appropriate time and resources per sprint to ensure on-time completion.-Implement and maintain documentation and user stories workflow (excel, SharePoint, Confluence) to support rapid feature development and future iterative reuse.-Demonstrate completed requirements to business teams (managers, directors, and VPs) following each sprint.-Assist with Change Requests for past sprints and answer clarifying questions from other teams.-Received training in Java, Spring, Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire Integration.

-Oversaw opening and closing procedures as Student Desk Head; lead, collaborated and communicated with coworkers to perform all duties in a timely and efficient manner.-Served as the primary point of contact for 100+ daily visitors consisting of university professors, students, library patrons, and the general public and assisted with locating research materials, technical issues, and resolving general inquiries in a timely manner.
