Awarded full control of the direct sales and marketing strategy in the UK and Ireland to effectively re-enter Toppoint into those markets. Fully responsible for sales and marketing activities across the UK and Ireland; negotiating and agreeing trading terms with customers, supporting offers, marketing activity and ensuring effective website presence. Exhibition planning and execution.Translating marketing information to appropriate target audiences.Ensuring key products feature on customer and industry related websites. Negotiating with UK catalogue group organisers and industry associated organisations.

Responsible for managing and developing 100 key accounts for the UK's leading trade only supplier of manufactured and imported promotional gifts. Presenting and selling a full range of promotional gifts to UK distributors. Delivering detailed presentations to client sales staff and office teams. Conducting regular business reviews with customers to identify growth opportunities; creating, managing and implementing incentive schemes to drive sales. Assisting with creative briefs and supporting marketing activity and campaigns.
