Position: specialist in Stressed Assets Restructuring Department, (Corporate Debts) Responsibilities and results: I have been a part of the remedial management team which was managing 12 local and 3 international projects totaling 1,5 bln RUR being responsible for organization of the restructuring process and also fulfillment of the following duties: - Analysis of the distressed assets and development of the strategy for legal actions with control of its execution on every stage of legal process (pre-legal, court and bailiffs); - Structuring buy-out process of the distressed assets; - Coordination of the remedial management process between HQ and branchesPosition: analysis at Center for Collection of Distressed Debt of Retail Customers since June 2014 Responsibilities and results: From the very beginning of creation of the Center - Perform financial planning, regular evaluation and analysis of financial performance indicators. - Monthly consolidate, analyze and communicate the reports to the upper management. Develop forecast on the income and rates of return. Perform various analyses upon request. - Coordination of the remedial management process between HQ and branches.
