I have over 20 years of work experience in the gaming industry, where I have developed a passion and expertise for own brands and exclusive brands management, gaming event coordination, content creation, and licensing R&D. Until recently, I worked as an Own Brands Product Marketing Manager at Caseking Iberia, one of the leading distributors of gaming products in Europe.In this role, I oversaw the portfolio, stock, licensing, and spare parts of several own and exclusive brands, such as noblechairs, Nitro Concepts, ThunderX3, Ducky, Lian Li, Phanteks, Glorious, and many others. I also managed influencers, modding community, and organized and sponsored various gaming events and eSports teams. I won four awards from PC Guia for best gaming chair with noblechairs from 2019-2022. My mission was to provide the best gaming products and experiences to the Iberian market, and to promote the growth and innovation of the gaming industry.Before joining Caseking Iberia, I was the Country Manager at Cooler Master Portugal, where I was responsible for the brand management, sales, distribution, and support of Cooler Master products in Portugal. I also established the first Cooler Master Center in the EU, where customers could experience and test the latest products and launches. I coordinated numerous gaming events, such as Maker Fair, Lisbon Games Week, modding expositions, and won nine awards from PC Guia for best performance and gaming components. I received the Worldwide Best Marketing Company award in 2007 for my outstanding marketing efforts and strategies.I leverage my skills in customer success, business negotiation, key account management, stock and forecast management to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. I also have a strong background in modding, as I was the founder and owner of Dicenter - CMCenter, the first Cooler Master Center in the EU, and a sponsor and supporter of the modding community.
