Curiosity and the ability to dive into different themes, cultures, thoughts and ideas is what truly drives me.For the past 3 years, I’ve worked at one of Brazil's most fast-paced, high-growth fintech – Vitreo. There, as Partner and Head of Customer Experience, had the opportunity to lead multiple teams and build several strategies mainly linked to Product and Commercial development. By the end of 2021, exited the firm after selling it to Latam's largest investment bank, BTG Pactual. Actively engaged in education, I currently have a pro-bono role at Insper (Brazil's leading business school) as leader of the Alumni Entrepreneurship Community. For the past 2 years, we have been aiming to create the most engaged community of entrepreneurs by connecting current students to our graduate students. By doing so, we can bring higher education closer to the entrepreneural ecosystem, leveraging businesses throughout the country. In addition to these latest developments, a +5 years experience working as a Commercial and Marketing Manager at both AbInbev and Stone Co. had significant impact and prepared me to greater challenges, where I learned the true meaning of ownership culture and how highly engaging leadership can guide teams to amazing results.
