Hi! I am Sofia, welcome to my profile.I started studying hotel management when i was 19 years old while i was working in customer service for companies in other areas. I finished the career at my almost 22 years old during the pandemic.In 2022 i had the amazing opportunity to work for an important hotel chain in the middle east and i lived there 1 year. I worked in different areas where i fulfilled different roles and won a lot of experience in customer service and food and beverage, i learned hebrew and grew a lot personally. Nowadays, i would like to keep developing in those areas, guest service and events.
