I am a 2023 graduate from Louisiana State University. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, with a Pre-Med concentration. As a dedicated and aspiring healthcare professional, I bring a strong foundation in kinesiology and pre-medical studies, along with practical experience in various healthcare settings. Currently, I am working as a Physical Therapy Aide at Orthopedic Surgery Specialists in Burbank, CA, where I document patient progress, provide therapeutic exercises, and assist in administrative tasks to ensure optimal patient care.Previously, I served as a Case Technician/Operating Room Assistant at Lake Surgery Center in Baton Rouge, LA, where I played a crucial role in maintaining a sterile and organized operating room environment, as well as training new team members.During my tenure as a Physical Therapy Technician at Baton Rouge Orthopedic Clinic, I gained valuable experience instructing patients in therapy techniques, ensuring their safety during exercises, and contributing to their rehabilitation journey.In addition to my work experience, I've had the privilege of interning in various healthcare-related roles. As a Sports Medicine Intern at Action Medicine Consultants, I provided first aid care during events and supported administrative operations. I also interned with LSU's Sports Performance Nutrition team, where I learned the fundamentals of sports nutrition. Furthermore, my involvement in research for LSU's Exercise Physiology Department allowed me to develop laboratory skills and analyze plasma samples.I am passionate about pursuing a career in healthcare, and I am committed to continuous learning and growth in the field.
