• Managed the budgeting and forecasting of the Music Publishing division.
• Managed the budgeting and forecasting of the Artist Relations division including ROI analysis and resulting strategic focus.
• Research, analysis and modelling of music market trends, both physical and digital in order to review Sony Music’s current and future market placement. Relationship building with contacts within various industry bodies.

• Performance of Risk Review projects (internal financial process reviews, Royalties reviews and Human Resources reviews as well as External Licensee reviews) at the business units, labels, shared service and head office.
