Salling Group is embarking on a journey to empower data democratization by establishing local BI Data & Analytics teams within its business divisions and units. As the Data Culture Lead at Salling Group, I am dedicated to spearheading the adoption, changes and effective utilization of our new data platform, which encompasses SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Power BI, and Azure Machine Learning.My mission is to seamlessly integrate these innovative tools, as well as AI tools, into the organization's operations across departments and countries, fostering a data-driven culture that drives tangible and measurable business transformation outcomes for Salling Group.This involves defining and implementing data-driven best practices, define our data ethics principles, develop our AI/ML (GenAI) business strategy towards our business units and ensuring comprehensive technical competence development at all levels.

My objective is to enhance and increase teamwork and personal involvement. Encourages collaborative engagements. Efficient project delivery within the Business Intelligence department to ensure to satisfy the business’s need. Build projects around motivated individuals. Give them the environment and support they need, and trust them to get the job done. Coaching, by closes the gap between thinking about doing and actually doing. Main task: Visions and plans has become reality. Netto Poland needs to close old work procedures with several Excel sheet and to have one system that holds the truth. Main focus was project implementation of the new Commercial Planning Tool (CPT/SAP PMR) to optimize the commercial- and promotion processes in the Netto Poland organization. Putting the action plan into operation, change management, ADKAR method, custom system development of local IT system and maintenance of SAP standard solutions, stakeholder management, training, workshops, handling unforeseen challenges, project execution and evaluating.
