Took on many responsibilities at SKYGRiD's M2M Condominiums project that was headed towards its first occupancy at the beginning of the co-op term and was achieved on my final day. These condos are comprised of two towers (34 & 36 storeys high) that share an 8-storey podium featuring retail and commercial space. I worked both on-site and in office, overseeing many different aspects of construction. Site duties included: documenting site progress by taking notes and photos of any major work being done, recording water consumption, tracking material deliveries and pick-ups, accompanying the Health & Safety inspector on weekly walks of the site, ensuring that all propane heaters and fire extinguishers are accessible and set-up properly, oversaw that all suites, stairwells, parking levels, and corridor closets were completely finished to ensure we reach occupancy -- I contacted trades in the case that anything was unfinished in these areas and continuously checked on its progress.Office duties included: creating purchase orders, updating drawings according to newly issued site instructions, filing documents and organizing site information in Excel, logging concrete and rebar tickets as well as concrete test reports, conducting site orientations for new workers
