As a marketing intern, I assisted in advertising for UCLA's annual and the Bruinlife blog. I contributed articles, designed promotional materials and activities, and represented UCLA Student Media at tabling events. I also pitched and helped run student activities at several of our events.

At In-n-Out, I had the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment servicing hundreds of guests each day. Among other things, I processed orders and payments, greeted customers, mediated discrepancies, and completed tasks as needed around the kitchen and dining area. This was an incredibly fun and rewarding experience that helped me develop customer service, efficiency, and delegation skills alongside wonderful colleagues.

As an administrative assistant, I audited and organized employee files through Dropbox and compiled files from physical documents, email exchanges, and payroll platforms. I also assisted with onboarding new employees through Emplicity and preparing their files for payroll. As a final project, I drafted and composed a corporate newsletter, which was shared with all members of the company and included information on new employees, policy changes, and newly acquired properties.

At EHI, I worked with a partner to investigate issues in Los Angeles street maintenance. By conducting extensive research, surveying members of the community, and contacting government officials, we became civically engaged and learned the importance of community involvement in policymaking. To conclude our project, I created an Instagram page chronicling our findings and spreading awareness of our topic to others.
