Responsible to lead, develop and implement sales and marketing Latam business strategies to drive organic growth in Cardiovascular and Mobile Surgery sub business achieving outstanding sales results and growing with profitability. • Recovered # 1 Leadership position for Philips Image Guided Therapy in Latam• Grew IGT business 60% in orders, 47% in sales, gaining 9 points of market share and increasing profitability in 5 points during the last 5 years• Developed a strategic network with Key Opinion Leaders and Reference Site to position and promote Philips IGT Technologies in interventional cardiology, vascular, neurology and oncology clinical areas.• Delivered in 2017 a successful Azurion New Platform Introduction across Latam region involving all cross-functional areas in Latam, participating in the most important Interventional Congress across the region. , achieving technology and branding repositioning; and exceeding OIT results with +30% Azurion units over initial plan • Finalized in 2017 the first Latam Mobile Surgery Product Localization in Brazil factory• Built and trained a motivated Latam Image Guided Therapy team focused in customer, product knowledge and business management• Designed annually a strategic Marketing Plan tailored to each sub region in order to be recognized like the leader technology in Image Guided Therapy• Guaranteed the design and execution of IGT Portfolio Training to Sales Force and worked with Local Business Leaders to build Sales Tools to motivate and engage sales people with IGT Line• Identified strategic and specialized customer to position new high technologies in Cardiovascular (in Vascular, Oncology, Pediatric, Neuro Interventional and Dose) & Surgery Lines.• Expanded the Market entering in new segments with new products introduction and creating value for customers through the systems and services (Integral offers including services, financing solutions, IGT Devices & new business models).
