Starting from Salomon marketing guidelines (for Running and Outdoor ranges), I'm in charge of the whole content production process for photos and videos: choosing the provider (agency, photographer or video makers), negotiating contracts, selecting models and shooting ambiances and spots, organizing the shooting in concrete terms (renting cars, booking flights, hotels, restaurants...), closely supervising during the shooting, providing Salomon the content required. All in a good "time to play" working atmosphere.
