In the role my duties included meeting and greeting visitors, as well as customer service in person. I also corresponded with partners and was chosen as delegate for Udruga Snoopy in a meeting of Croatian non-profit animal welfare organizations in London. Animal care, rescue and welfare were naturally an important part of all work at the shelter.

Infobip is a global mobile communications platform for business. My duties included technical customer service, primarily online via the use of email and various chat services. Platform monitoring and correspondence with suppliers and operators was also an important part of the job, and I was proficient in the various internal systems in use.

Buyagift is UK`s leading online gift experience retailer. During my time at Buyagift I handled customer service, both by telephone and email, took care of correspondence with producers and partners, helped finalize sales and trained new employees in the use of our internal system.
