Providing thoughtful coverage on submitted and sought out scripts and books from Agencies, Production Companies, and other individuals. Providing notes for current scripts in development, working with the Writer/Directors on implementing notes, doing research for projects, and providing and finding any additional resources or help they may need, including translators, specific research assistants, and sources. Arranging travel for Producers in the company and for all participants in projects, for both production purposes and festival circuits. Being the point person on festivals for any needs by both talent and company, scheduling and attending meetings, providing hair and make up, stylists and security details for talent, hotel arrangements for all, and tickets and plus ones for premieres and screenings. Followed projects from script development to festival circuit, participating in and giving notes in all meetings, from pre to post production, traveling to shooting locations, attending post screenings, and assisting all producers and talent in any and all tasks. Assisted director on short-form video content project on the crisis at Standing Rock. Created travel and daily filming schedules. Researched and acquired all necessary equipment for filming in sub-zero temperatures. Provided research on Indigenous, primarily Sioux history and culture and prepared questions for interviews. Led 12 interviews with Indigenous leaders on location in North Dakota and South Dakota. Edited short form videos and organized all media content from the shoots & transcribed 15 hours of interviews.
