I am specialized in project management, particularly in designing and overseeing initiatives funded by FAMI and other national funds. My primary focus is on managing projects related to unaccompanied minors (UAMs) and facilitating capacity building among operators and youth stakeholders. I actively contribute to the design and implementation of EU-funded projects centered around social inclusion, human rights, anti-discrimination, and mental health (CERV, AMIF, and Erasmus+). I am part of the ISMU's consulting team for the Italian Ministry of Interior as a member of the National Contact Point (EMN Italy) for the European Migration Network (EMN) and of the Foundation's Monitoring and Evaluation team, which operates across various national and international projects.
