I have worked in the Wealth Management industry for more than 7 years at BCA.To begin with, Quality Assurance, I am responsible to ensure good key performance index of partner and internal division as well.I have ever handled a project to improve customer experience.I got the responsibilities to become the Personal Assistant of the Executive Vice President's Wealth Management BCA for almost 2 years, I am involved in providing material to BOD/BOC level. I also had an experience in Security Administrator that ensure the security of access and customer data.Recently, I work as data analytic specialist in Research & Portofolio Management.
