Our EMS sessions engage 90% of muscle fibers, promoting strength, endurance, and recovery with minimal strain on joints. As a former collegiate basketball player and strength coach, I’ve spent my career dedicated to fitness and performance, helping others unlock their potential. I’ve developed specialized programs, including a sports-specific golf program and a recovery-focused initiative, aimed at bringing out the best in every member. Leading BODY20 Hinsdale, I’ve worked to create a welcoming community where everyone feels empowered to achieve their fitness goals, whether they’re athletes or individuals new to fitness. My passion for fitness and business has helped position our gym as one of the top-ranked facilities, known for fostering a culture of support, growth, and excellence.
