- Development of the supply chain strategy; detailed design of the planning strategy inclusive of a world-class control tower solution focused on synchronization of supply and demand. - Determined optimal safety stock level for inventory optimization, analysis of material segmentation based on ABC, profit margin and replenishment strategies based on sales variability, replenishment rules and Multiple Demand Fulfillment Points.- Since 2015, as a member of the sustainability committee, introduced the supply chain sustainability strategy based on the corporate guidelines. This included the development and monitoring of global emissions within own assets and resources and external partners.- Benchmarking studies like SCOR and Phillip Townsend (PTAI) – chemical industry focused; development of a gap analysis to identify areas for further improvements in the supply chain.

- Managed the general order book and monitor stock movement interfaces and implement improvements. - Liaised and policed processes with the warehouse, escalating where necessary to relevant contacts within the business. - Driver of the S&OP weekly meetings amongst sales manager in Greece, operations department and sales managers in Balkan countries. Changed the software modules in order to have more accurate and detailed information on orders-inbounds-inventory-outbound.

- Ensure proper EAM CS&L budgeting process of SC costs and KPIs and related target setting- Ensure proper monitoring of costs and correct monthly accruals- Set up and co-ordinate process of invoice and cost control across all sub-departments• Ensure visibility and control of total SC costs and performance - Carry out regular deviation analysis versus actuals and plans (costs monthly, KPIs weekly AND ad hoc)- Recommend improvement programs, steps and initiatives aiming on improving cost and performance in general and efficiency and accuracy in reporting process- Ensure proper usage of company tools (like Cost To Serve, EBP, etc.) and monitoring standards or ad hoc templates and decks.

 Design of Warehouse and Distribution Solutions for potential and existing MNC Customers  Advise on the selection of MHE and storage solutions to meet MNC Customer requirements  Identification and recruitment of potential candidates to Manage where necessary existing and potential MNC accounts.  Identify IT solutions applicable to the potential clients business needs and assist in identifying the necessary in house IT support. Manage all MNC RFI and RFQ responses Ensure RFI/RFQ are completed as per the requirements of DHL GFF Greece and the Customer. Develop and implement SOPs and SLAs for all MNC accounts  Review monthly by Customer all MNC P+L results to ensure financial targets are being achieved. Where required initiate action plan to remedy budget deficit with DHL GFF Greece IIS and Country Managers.
