As member of the SSWJ “South Sumatra West Java Pipeline Gas” Project I am responsible to maintaining the Master Document Register in accordance with Current Status. Responsibilities:•Assisting the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager and Project Control Manager developing a Document Control Centre to coordinate, file and retrieving all controlling documents in efficient manner;•Document and letter handling (typing, filling and delivery management, paperwork and electronic (internet, etc)•secretarial Duties : Hotel & Ticket bookig, Transportation arrangement, meeting arrangement, etc.

April 2006 – August 2006 as HSE Secretary Responsibilities:•Assisting the HSE Manager, preparing HSE Man Hour Report, typing and filling HSE documents, HSE meeting management, training management, and business trip management.September 2005 – March 2006 as Secretary for Deputy Project Manager & Document Control TOTAL SISINUBI EPSC 31 Project, Jakarta Responsibilities:•Assisting the Deputy Project Manager to preparing Invoice documents to client (typing, sending, filling & distributing), handling vendor print documents (retrieving file from vendor, registering, distributing, filling and emailing to vendor).
