Coordinated with the donors, activity partners and beneficiaries for overall project delivery.o Designed a nation-wide platform for children (ages 14 -17 years) to have an open dialogue about socio-economic conflict(s) in an effort to curb increasing intolerance in society.o Designed and co-executed the outreach drive in schools in five largest cities of Pakistan including Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Peshawar and Islamabad.o Partnered with various government/private/foundation schools in all five cities; conducted the selection drives and collaborated with a local partner to strengthen outreach.o Recruited and co-trained a team of 12 international camp alumni and facilitated them during the city-visits and other program activities.o Produced project literature for both internal/external consumption and dissemination, as well as co-designed the selection manuals/material for city-wise selection.

o Supervised financial and programmatic implementation of 81 projects to Counter ViolentExtremism (CVE) by creating constructive alternatives for youth and empowering local initiatives.o Facilitated the grantees within the community for effective implementation.o Monitored and evaluated 20 city-wide CVE based projects and prepared detailed monitoring andevaluation reports by analyzing extensive qualitative and quantitative data.o Evaluated the impact of projects by analyzing grantees’ reports, interviewing beneficiaries andmaking recommendations for future programming.o Identified key challenges faced during the planning and implementation phases of the projects andmade recommendations in order to shape future strategy.

Designed and implemented a year-long strategy to mitigate academic achievement gap of eighty3rd grade girls.o Taught in a government girls’ primary school in a low-income migrant neighborhood which wasvulnerable to ethnic and religious conflicts.o Designed and implemented a school-wide accelerated learning system for over-age students (agegroup between 9 -16) to counter the challenge of age disparity; the project was selected amongthe top three ideas for funding and expansion by a panel of educationists and businesspersons.o Achieved three years of academic growth in Mathematics and Science, and two years in Englishwithin a year.o Co-designed and organized a 4-week summer camp on the themes of Peace, Cleanliness,Environment and Global Citizenship.
