Current• Constantly review recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and improvement of the recruitment procedure.• Coordinate and conduct all tests required for the technical, administrative, regional and management areas, assessing language, technical knowledge and certifications, and behavioral patterns.• Perform all necessary interviews and tests, with candidates using competencies and analyzing responses to validate technical knowledge required by the Client and match the Job Description.• To ensure the candidate's English language proficiency meets the account's requirements.• Demonstrates knowledge of direct sourcing strategies to proactively build candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality to meet business needs in a cost-effective manner
