I recently graduated from the ethnic studies department at Yale, where I specialized in post/anti-colonial urban histories and paired my studies with local community engagement. I currently work at a thrift store and as an administrative assistant for the Anti-Racist Teaching and Learning Collective, which brings together New Haven Public Schools students and teachers to transform public education in CT. For the last five years, I have worked in nonprofit program coordination and arts events, which has taught me skills in researcher services, volunteer management, customer service, youth and family programming, and editorial support. My interests include oral history, archival research methods, digital preservation, cultural musicologies and music theory, and higher education in prison. This fall, I am applying to graduate programs in library science and archival studies. I have roots in Connecticut and Minnesota, and am open to relocation for future work!
