I founded this organization initially to support the opening and the maintaining of a free kindergarten that is located in Vrygrond, Cape Town, South Africa. Over the years we have expanded the organization and we have started other projects focused on human rights in Africa and Europe.

Activities carried out: periodic closings both according to the italian accounting principles (for tax calculation) and in compliance with IFRS (for the reporting package), monthly and quarterly reporting management of economic and balance sheet data (in SAP), settlement and adjustment records, management of leased out assets, control of events relating to leased out assets (acquisition and disposal), review of general ledger accounts, reconciliations, implementation and supervision of internal controls relating assets, process optimization, relations with the auditing firm, balancing of the accounts of the leased assets, intercompany reconciliations, inventory write- downs, calculation and booking of accruals and deferred cost and income, reclassifications of P&L and balance sheet items, calculation of credit risk funds.

Activities carried out: analisys of creditworthiness of potential customers. Balance sheet analisys for the companies (also potential customers) that requested for loans or leasings. I took part in a risk management office project whose target was the automation of loan requests analysis for customers with good ratings. Thanks to this project I had the chance to study the statistical model used for the rating calculation.
