Working on open positions for customers in Germany/England.- Search bilingual foreign candidates for open positions and who are ready to relocate to Germany/Poland as well as local candidates.- daily communication with foreign colleagues and candidates.- Direct sourcing and utilizing all available sourcing tools to identify passive and potential candidates (LinkedIn, Xing, job boards, various IT groups and forums, employee referrals, internal database, Boolean Search etc.).- CV screening, qualifications analysis, screening and interviewing candidates on technical and soft skills in accordance with client’s requirements.- Building up the internal database of prospective candidates. Maintaining records on candidates, submissions, interviews, placements and other candidate’s remarks on an internal database.- Prepare weekly reports covering submission details.

Full recruiting lifecycle;- Basic technical interview;- Using different resources for searching (jobsites, social networks, dou, djinni);- Providing candidates with detailed information about company and project;- Evaluate candidates if they meet the position requirements;- Fullfill candidates profile and perform this profile to CTO;- Provide candidates with feedback after each interview;- Keeping the adaptation process of new employees;- Organization of corporate events;- Financial reporting
