Hello everyone!My name is Sofia Silva and I'm from Porto. I have an academic background in Clinical Psychology and later in Human Resources Management. I guess people just fascinate me !I bring just over 3 years of experience within recruitment, including executive search (C level and top management recruitment), middle management and international igaming (and non-igaming) recruitment (European Markets and Africa). During this path, I lived in Santiago de Compostela for almost a year where I had the opportunity to develop myself a lot and experience a different setup!In July 2024 (my now favourite) crazy cybersecurity wizards - Art Resilia - trusted me to help their company further develop by shaping an HR culture, so here I am, a converted and proud cybersecurity junior geek :D
