KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES • Product management of core product categories(product’s sourcing & selection, communication with the suppliers, pricing policy, merchandising, forecast, planning, sales reports and sales analysis). • Monitor and analyze the competition activities and market trends. • Monitor the advertising budget. • Plan and handle promotional activities (above-the-line & below-the-line).• Monitor all communication with the advertising company, media shop & PR associates. • Responsible for visual merchandising (p.o.p materials, window stickers and banners).• Cooperate with the styling department for the product placement in stores. • Analyze the traffic report for each store• In depth technical knowledge of catalog and p.o.p materials’ production (design and printing). • Conduct the marketing researches of the brand (both qualitative and quantitative researches). • Responsible for website development, construction & content management (Traffic report and analysis. Handle customer requests. Send newsletters).• Train retail stores and franchisees in products and promotional activities. • Be in contact with retail stores and customer care department collecting feedback about the customers.
